These are some of the eyeshadow looks I created before developing my blueprint.

Not bad, but not great either! I had on idea how to work with color, limited knowledge on blending and the appropriate tools and I threw caution to the wind when it came to having any idea about shades the would compliment my brown eyes.

I started researching, watching tutorials and trainings, taking notes, experimenting and applying A LOT of eyeshadow. I thought there had to be a better way and there had to be some sort of blueprint that would work for any and every shadow combination possible. I couldn't find what I was envisioning...so I created it!

My ability to work with shadows improved, I was feeling more confident in my application, I was experimenting with bolder color choices and my selfie game improved along the way (lol!). Needless to say, crafting a blueprint with a full proof technique that someone like myself could use consistently and confidently was a huge gamechanger. Eyeshadow had become the one product I kept getting the same questions repeatedly over and I felt I needed some way to better teach my community of followers that was clear, concise and would help them achieve what they were after. So my first eBook was born and the rest is history!
